Smiley Girl

It's just so amaizing when she smiles at me.. I love it! Her whole face just lights up. Today it's only us two, so we're spending the morning relaxing and snuggling together. Makenna is back at Vicki's two days a week and she seems to be really enjoying it. I can't believe Christmas is so soon. We have a Christmas party to go to this weekend at Gogo's farm where we will cut down our tree. It should be fun. The kids get their picture taken with Santa and he gives them a present. I'm not sure thats a good thing though.. my mom knows the guy who plays Santa there and apparently he's a bit of a drunk with a potty mouth. She said that one time a little girl asked him if he was the same Santa as last year and he said "Yep, I'm the same old Fucker"! lol I can't believe it. I will be keeping a close eye!

Here are some new pics taken over the last week. In the last one Saige is lying on the beautiful blanket that Grandma Nonie (who we miss and can't wait to see on Sunday!) restored for her.. it was her Daddys when he was a baby. We're hoping Saige will grow as attatched to it as Bro was. Everything is going well here.. the girls doing are good. Saige is growing like a weed! I'm in the process of finding a preschool for Makenna Dawn... I think it would be good for her to interact with some kids her age.. she seems bored at home with me 24/7... we don't do much these days!

Wide Awake

Here is little miss Saige hanging out with Daddy. She seems to be growing so fast! It's hard to believe that she's already 3 weeks old. Monday was Brodie's first day back to work after his almost month long holiday. It was hard to let him go! It has allowed me to start figuring out my daily routine though. Two children sure is alot more work than one!! It's alot harder, but it's also alot of fun. Makenna is a great big sister! There hasn't been any jealousy which really surprised me. Every once in a while she'll run over and give Saige a kiss and then go back to whatever she was doing... it's really sweet. Saige is waking up to feed, so I must go!
