32Weeks and 36Weeks




Only 3 weeks and 3 days until this baby is here! Sorry about the lack of posts everyone. There hasn't really been much new to share. The days seem to be dragging on and on and on!! I am enjoying a much needed relaxing weekend at the moment. Makenna is off spending some time with her daddy. I'm enjoying this while I can because this is probably one of the last weekends I will have alone for a very very long time!!!

Help me!

Pretty huge, ain't it? I can't imagine how big I am going to be by the end of this all. I am starting to get very, very uncomfortable these days! And tired! Some days I can't make it past noon without laying down. I have a picture of myself that was taken the day before I had Makenna that I wanted to scan, but I couldn't get it to work. I am the same size now, if not bigger, than I am in that picture! I think I have a monster growing in there! I am booked for another cesarean for October 17th, but am hoping that things will happen a bit sooner!!

Carlos

Meet the newest addition to our family, Carlos the Cockatiel. He is about one year old. His likes are screaming early in the morning, escaping from his cage, and biting us when we try to put him back. His dislikes are us! He's definitely not the tamest of birds.. well yet anyways.. we're hoping to tame him eventually. When we got him he was living in a huge cage with 3 others and didn't have very much human contact. We hope that by being by himself he will turn to us for companionship. I've been trying to coax him with yummy food, but I think the old owners only fed him seeds so he's not very interested in trying new things. He's very cute despite his stubbornness!

Doesn't he look pretty? And all of this time you guys thought Todd was the gay one!! lol just kidding.. Brodie was actually a very good sport for letting Makenna to this to him. Not many men would! He is supposed to be a kitty cat as you can tell by the whiskers..

Linkyn

Last week we had the honors of watching Linkyn for a couple of hours. She has to be the most calm and quiet little thing I have ever seen! And she's also very cute!!!
